Position Overview:

Inbound 281 is considering a full-time Video Content Creator or Freelancer. As a Video Content Creator at Inbound 281, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content across various platforms.

From promotional videos and product demos to educational tutorials and brand storytelling, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through the power of video.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ideas that effectively communicate key messages and engage our target audience.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video production, including location scouting, casting, filming, and directing.
• Conduct interviews and capture footage to create compelling storytelling content, testimonials, and customer case studies.
• Edit and post-process video footage to ensure high-quality, polished final products that meet brand standards and resonate with viewers.
• Optimize video content for distribution across various channels, including social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and events.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and editing, and implement innovative techniques to enhance our video content.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, storytelling skills, and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
